You have the option to setup additional formatting options for each field so you can specify how each column is presented in the Report when a user runs it.
Click on the icon to setup Additional Options:
Clicking on “More Options” button brings up additional options setup for the column, where you can specify settings like Data Format, Alignment and colors:

Conditional Formatting
Dotnet Report also lets you specify conditions to change font colors based on conditions. This feature lets you easily customize and highlight key points in the report.
